Missing your loved one...

Ever since me and E got together, we have hardly spent much time apart. But tonight, he starts his deeltijd opleiding in Werktuigbouwkunde in the Rotterdam Hogeschool and it takes him away from 5.30pm to 10pm!

Tonight's his first night and I miss him already, oh how pathetic.. :( But it does show you how much you love and miss someone when all you can think about is him and how he's doing.

My sweetest babe usually plans zaalvoetball (which is indoor football) every year and the season started this year last Saturday.

As usual, I normally go to watch his matches eventhough he says I don't need to, but I love to watch him play and support everything he does! :)

Last week was the first match, so naturally I went! They did very well and scored 11-0 against the opponent! They didn't have a chance! E scored twice and it was brilliant! Am proud of you, babe! :) Looking forward to the next match... here's the evidence of the score... He plays for the Lite Webdesign De Buurmannen!

Another beautiful weekend ^^

Another weekend has passed by again and whilst I sit here on the living room couch of my boyfriend's flat enjoying the beautiful sunset, peace and atmosphere of a quiet Sunday evening... I tend to reflect on life.

I had a pretty busy week with a few days with long, crushing experiments to do. But everytime the weekend comes around, I find total relaxation with E. He's my lifeline, my comfort zone, my reason to be happy and content. :)

I have to share a secret, we're going to buy a house together and I truly cannot wait! At the moment there are 3 contenders and one in particular is taking front lead. Because I don't want to jinx it, I am keeping schtum about it until we feel it's ready to release more details! ;)

I cannot wait to move in with E and start our life together :) And have more lovely weekends like these to look forward to!

Fifth month anniversary :)

It's been 5 months since we officially became and a couple and what a gorgeous day it is today as well! It's sunny and I received the most beautiful bunch of red roses and he's pampering me to lunch and dinner!

Ik hou van jou, schat! <3 Here's to many more months and years of happiness together..

First post!

I was deliberating with myself what title I would use for this blog or what it would be about... it's been a while since I last blogged and this time, I felt like bringing it back up again. It's a good media to express my ideas, my feelings and my thoughts at the time and maybe to me as well a journal of my life.

I've been in the Netherlands now for almost 5 years (5 in September/October) and to be honest I've not been extremely happy throughout my stay here, but since February this year, life changed and now I really am beginning to experience the good and better things in the Netherlands...

What inspired my blog name is love. Pretty simple but really meaningful. I will attempt to record what goes on in my life as much as I can, and learn to love and experience life like never before... :) <3
